The website's installation and trial links open that listing. Works with Gmail and Google Workspace. Install the desktop Chrome extension, open Gmail and connect the same Google account as the open mailbox. Choose a paid plan through Plans & billing in Talvu; payments are processed by Paddle. The interactive website preview uses fictional records held in browser memory. It resets on reload and does not connect to a visitor's Gmail, a CRM database or synchronization service. Sample records are separate from a live account. ## What Talvu does - Projects: keep related contacts, tasks and linked email threads together; view associated email history and update project status. - Tasks: create follow-up work, set due dates, change status and mark work complete. Tasks can be associated with projects or email addresses. Sort by due date, creation time, status, or project/email; hide completed tasks. - Contacts: keep names, multiple email addresses, phone numbers and companies together; find people and open their related projects and tasks. - Project notes and Future Me: save notes within projects; choose project email addresses for reminders on new incoming mail. Reminders remain until marked done or switched off; completion ends the reminder for all selected addresses. Data contains All rules and All notes, with note search, date/project sorting and reminder filters. - Automatic linking: choose an exact email address and a project. New incoming or sent mail matching that address in From, To or Cc links the entire thread to the project. Earlier and later messages in an already linked thread belong to that history; other existing threads are not imported automatically. Turning a rule off preserves existing links. - Customization: add project fields such as budget, deadline and comments; rename statuses and choose their colors; change block-header colors, visibility and order. General and Project screens have separate layouts. - Gmail badges: optional indicators for linked projects and tasks, with separate visibility settings. - Statistics: totals for CRM contacts, tasks and projects, plus sent/received messages associated with the CRM using synchronized metadata. Periods include 7 days, a month, 6 months, a year and all time. This is not a count of every message in the mailbox. - Export: download CRM records in Excel or CSV format. Talvu's first release is a desktop Chrome extension. The site does not advertise AI assistants, mail merge, email-open tracking, a native mobile app or team collaboration as supported features. ## Pricing and trial All listed prices are in USD. Each plan includes the same core features; the commitment and monthly equivalent differ. - Monthly: $15 per month, billed $15 every month. - 6 months: $12 per month, billed $72 every 6 months (20% below the monthly plan). - Yearly: $10 per month, billed $120 every year (about 33% below the monthly plan). - A 14-day free trial starts with the first successful Gmail connection. No payment card is required. Paid plans are available from Plans & billing in Talvu, using the account-bound Paddle checkout. The public homepage pricing links start extension installation and the no-card trial. Paddle is the reseller and Merchant of Record. For Paddle purchases, refund eligibility and cancellation follow the linked Paddle rules and applicable consumer rights, without an additional Talvu refund guarantee. Applicable tax is calculated and shown at checkout. No seat-based billing is advertised. ## Privacy and email access Talvu does not ask for a Google password. Gmail access is read-only: Talvu cannot send, edit or delete Gmail messages. The application requests basic email metadata, including participants, subjects, identifiers and dates; it does not fetch or store message bodies, snippets or attachment contents. Deleting CRM records never deletes Gmail messages. Stored information is not limited to manually typed fields: it includes CRM records, associated email metadata and the account/session information needed to provide the service. The public website preview uses only synthetic, temporary data. Website visit analytics are separate from the CRM and its email data. Talvu is an independent product, not a Google product or an endorsement by Google.
