Trial and paid plans
Talvu offers a 14-day free trial with no payment card required. Paid plans are available in Plans & billing in the extension. The free trial is separate from any refund or statutory withdrawal period.
Paddle purchases
For Talvu purchases through Paddle, refund requests follow the Paddle Buyer Terms, the Paddle Refund Policy applicable to your transaction and mandatory consumer law.
Eligibility depends on the transaction and applicable rights. Paddle may consider discretionary requests submitted within 14 days, but submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Talvu does not offer an additional unconditional refund guarantee. Nothing on this page limits statutory withdrawal rights or remedies for a faulty or misdescribed product.
Request a refund
Use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net and choose the refund option. Include your transaction or order reference, purchase email and the reason for your request. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
For a Talvu technical issue, contact talvucrm@gmail.com first so we can investigate or help with your request. Approved refunds are handled by Paddle according to its policy; we do not promise a separate processing deadline.
Cancel future renewals
Use the “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle receipt or contact Paddle buyer support. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the confirmed paid period. It does not automatically refund an earlier charge. Any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights still apply.
An approved full refund or chargeback pauses CRM work and synchronization. We keep your data, and you can still export it or delete your account. A later confirmed payment can resume access for an eligible account.
