About Talvu

Talvu is operated by Vlad Filonenko, a sole proprietor. Talvu is an independent CRM for Gmail, delivered as a desktop Chrome extension. It helps you manage contacts, projects, tasks and associated email history. These terms cover the Talvu website and software. Contact us at talvucrm@gmail.com.

Talvu is available in the Chrome Web Store. You can install the extension and start a free trial. Paid plans are available in Plans & billing in the extension. The interactive website preview contains fictional records and resets when reloaded.

Using your account

Use Talvu only with an account and information you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the CRM records you enter and for complying with the laws that apply to your use. Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, distribute malicious content or interfere with other users.

Google handles your sign-in. Talvu does not ask for your Google password. Keep your Google account and browser access secure, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.

Your email and CRM data

Your CRM records remain yours. Talvu processes them to provide the features you use. Gmail access is read-only: Talvu cannot send, edit or delete your Gmail messages. It uses associated email metadata, not message bodies or attachment contents.

Deleting CRM records does not delete Gmail messages. You can export your CRM records through the available export tools. See our Privacy Policy for information about data handling.

Plans, trial and payment

Talvu includes a 14-day free trial starting with your first successful Gmail connection, with no payment card required. After access expires, CRM work and synchronization pause while your data is kept. Export and account deletion remain available. Confirmed payment resumes access, subject to a valid Gmail connection and account.

Monthly, six-month and annual subscription prices and billing totals appear in the pricing section. Paddle is our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. For purchases made through Paddle, the Paddle Buyer Terms govern the payment transaction. The amount, taxes, billing period and renewal terms are disclosed before you purchase.

Cancellation and refunds

For a Paddle subscription, use the subscription-management link in your payment receipt or Paddle buyer support to cancel future renewals. You keep access until the end of the confirmed paid period. A failed payment does not extend it or add a grace period. Cancellation and a refund request are separate actions.

An approved full refund or chargeback pauses CRM work and synchronization. Your data is kept, and export and account deletion remain available. A later confirmed payment can resume access for an eligible account.

Refunds and any applicable withdrawal rights follow Paddle’s terms, its refund policy and mandatory consumer law. Talvu does not add an unconditional money-back guarantee. Read our Refund Policy for the request process.

Availability and changes

Talvu depends on Chrome, Gmail and infrastructure providers. Availability can be affected by maintenance, connectivity or third-party changes; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not promised. Keep exports of important CRM information.

Features and these terms may change as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated where required. Changes do not remove rights that applicable law gives you or override the payment terms of an existing Paddle transaction.

Rights and support

These terms do not transfer ownership of Talvu’s software or branding. Gmail and Chrome are Google trademarks; Talvu is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If something is wrong, contact talvucrm@gmail.com so we can help.
